Dallas Chamber Symphonys February 19th concert, The Four Seasons, led by Artistic Director and Conductor Richard McKay, will feature platinum artist and award-winning violinist Chee-Yun, who will bring the evocative sounds of the tango to life as she and the DCS perform Piazzollas ever-entertaining The Four Seasons. Hansons hauntingly beautiful Fantasy Variations On a Theme of Youth opens the evening with lush harmonies for piano and strings. The evening concludes with Martins most important early work, his Petite symphonie concertante, which offers a quirky, modern take on baroque style, featuring double string orchestra, harp, piano and harpsichord.
