Midday Zen at the PAAC

Karma Yoga brings all levels mid-day zen to the Patterson-Appleton Arts Center every Wednesday at noon, starting April 20th in the upstairs dance studio. Class will be 50 minutes long so you can get some rest, relaxation, and then take on the rest of your day with a new perspective. This class will be tailored to fit casual clothes, for those yogis on the go. You won’t have to worry about dipping to far into the lunch fund, since class is just $5, and extra mats are available to borrow for no cost.
